which city

im planing a trip for next june time when i break from uni and was wondering if anyone can enlighten me as to which city in germany would be best to visit: Berlin or Hamburg??? i've always wanted to see germany and it seems quite cheap but what kind of things are there to do in these main cities? thanks in advance

Hamburg is a dump.

Berlin is quite stunning. I still find it is not publicised enough, but wonderful buildings throughout the entire city.

Liepzig is very noce as well in the old East.
