nothing. you may want to look into anti-malarial tablets should you venture further inland into the jungle area, but nothing else is required for Malaysia or KL.
PS - if you can, don't spend too long in KL but explore the rest of the country - its beautiful and KL, while nice and interesting, is just another big city.
