train from Leeds to London

How busy would a train be from leeds to london on a monday just after 6pm? I'm thinking of taking my bike on the train.

Do this journey fairly regularly. At that time and from Leeds to London (ie not the other way round) it should be medium busy - so you should get a seat without booking but you may have to walk through a couple of carriages to get one.
