does anyone know how to get to belize without going through usa?

Quite difficult to avoid going through Miami.
Could be done on a charter from the UK to Cancun, then overland by bus to Belize City (about 400 kilometres).

The only flights into Belize, which don't originate in the USA, are from Flores (in Guatemala), San Salvador (in El Salvador) and San Pedro Sula (in Honduras).

None of those places have direct flights from the UK.

It might be possible to plan a route via Toronto and San Salvador:
