The United Kingdom and JApan certainly do. Seem to remember some more....Finland?
The Commonwealth as a whole except Canada and Nigeria. Also the Irish Republic (not the Republic of Ireland please... not until the whole island is a single country...)and Japan, plus Mozambique (which was admitted to the Commonwealth in 1994, despite never having been an outpost of Empah - the logic was that it is surrounded by Commonwealth member states, so what the Hell, why don't they join? And they did knock upon the door, and yea, verily were they allowed in). Hong Kong, despite its reversion to Communist China, continues to drive on the left (for now, until Peking decides otherwise). Sweden was on the left until 1955, then changed overnight (ouch).
Australia, Cyprus, New Zealand, India, Jamaica, South Africa, and a few more do as well.
Malta, too.
