The best place I have found is lastminute.com. Airline-network.co.uk is also good but you have to book a certain amount of days in advance. Ebookers.com is also ok.

Depends where you are flying from and which airport in Egypt you are wanting to fly into, there are some flight deals on this site from about �200 http://www.cheapflights.co.uk/flights/ If you search by 'E' at the top it brings up all the places you can fly into the rest is pretty much self explanitory.
