can anyone give me the e-mail address for above, especially for the Special Needs team ?
I have tried filling in their boxes on their website,but I am obviously not giving them the right info because I cant get past first base, what with their zip codes etc .
This so called holiday is turning into a nightmare for me as the organiser !

Yes, I couldn't get a lot of joy from the website either - found myself here.

They seem to want to do things via phone - not email.
I've never failed yet to get a US website to accept a UK postcode in the zipcode box - but couldn't find the form that you have.
Have you tried phoning them/ - I doubt that they will dole out email addresses.

many thanks looks like the phone it will have to be, doesnt inspire a lot of confidence though when they wont give an e-mail address, I had a nice responce from Charlotte airport though who have explained step by step what we will have to do but also stressed that US airlines must make the request for help.
