I was recently hit side-on on the front passenger wheel while exiting a mini roundabout. The roundabout has 3 exits (Straight on, right, or back round) and is single laned. It was about 6pm (05/03/09) as I approached the roundabout from Cross Deep, Twickenham (London), I indicated to go right on the roundabout to exit onto Waldegrave Road, I was going around the roundabout and was almost about to turn off at the exit when a car pulled out and hit my front passenger wheel.

She tried to claim I did not indicate to go right and that she thought I was going straight (but I was far too established going right on the roundabout for her to assume I was going straight on), however I had two witnesses on the road who confirmed I did indicate. She also tried to buy me off instead of going through the insurance Evil or Very Mad.
I was just wondering if anyone would know what is the likely outcome of this, whether there is a chance of her being completely at fault or is there a chance it may go 50-50 (I hope not or I'll go mad)
Any advice will be a great help!! Thank You for reading!
