Hi,

I know this is a very popular subject but with the new immigration laws and the VWP and holiday visa do US imimigration check out everyone etering their soil from the UK using the VWP programe or just random people coming in?or people of concern?

your right we are all fed up with same questions.
If you get your travel agent to do your VWP whilst you wait [ they do it for free] and it comes back within minutes then you are dry and home but if there is a delay of hours then you are going to have problems.
If you have a serious conviction just forget it.
