i watched airport last night
there were three probs for certain passengers ALL caused by themselves a guy with a badly damaged passport he had for months prior to flying (or not as it happened) that day never thinking to get it "sorted" beforehand,a guy blaming easy jet for not helping them even though it was he who booked the wrong times for his ticket !

Often, problems arise from late passenges who fail to grasp the concept that a plane is not a bus, and just because it is standing there does not mean you can waltz out and hop on!

It's always a good example of my main rule in life -

Never upset someone who'se co-operation you need ...' - the rresults to make entertaining TV though!

i like the way they ranted at easy jet in an earlier prog because the airport was either fog/or snowbound so it had to close,lol

It's also editted to show only the times when passengers are in the wrong/unreasonable, never or very rarely when it's the airline in the wrong!

some people
btw airline put me off using easy jet from the first series and my co workers say the same
jet2 my fav no frills, but they'll have their drawbacks too i supose but not shown on tv
