Crikey mosaic, that's a difficult one. Although it might have been painted in the early C20 it shows architecture from a mixture of much earlier pictures. My intial guess would be York, Canterbury or Bath but it could show an area of a town / city no longer in existance (redevelopment, the luftwaffa etc).
