Hello, hun! It's warm-ish, but grey, dark, misty and muggy here in MK. I don't care, though, as I'm in a great mood: I weighed myself this morning and found that I've lost two stone (I wonder if I can lose another one by Sunday...) and I'm going to watch the Sex and the City movie tonight. Yay!

My window cleaner only comes to clean my windows when it is rainy. I think he only works when he cannot play golf.

I;m ok, which workout is that? I've never had a DVD I enjoyed, the only workout I enjoy is my wii :-)

It's Natalie Cassidy's, hun. It's not too long, either, which used to pee me off with others I've tried. The two stone sounds a lot, but I'm 6'0", so it takes a while for any weight loss to show on me. :(

I'd get a Wii tomorrow if I could afford it, though! Bet you're on it all the time, aren't you? :)

No bother whiskeysheri....I lost 2 stone last year using Charlie Brooks fitness dvd, you should give her a go...I've got Natalie Cassidy also but I don't much like her.
