ugg boots from Australia
I bought my daughter a pair of ugg boots from Australia for Christmas, she has worn them 3 times and the sole has come away from the top of the boot. I emailed the company who I purchased them from including photographs so they could see the boots were as new requesting a replacement or refund and they have denied me both, stating 'Australia occupational health and safety reasons'? They also say the boots should not be worn in extreme weather conditions, which you can tell from the pics, they havn't been. Any ideas where I stand on this?
Many thanks in advance.

The piece on This Morning was for UK buyers and their rights, I have no idea where jack stands with the boots having been purchased from Oz
As you have the Visa logo on your card, then you should be able to do what is called a charge back for the boots, as they cost well over 100. A charge back must be done within 6 months of purchase so you have plenty of time
