It can be mathematically proved (using chaos theory) that forecasters will never be able accurately predict weather for more than a few days ahead. However it's possible to look at general trends, which is what longer term forecasts try to do.
This site offers 10 day forecasts. (I wouldn't trust their forecasts very far into the future but they can give you a rough idea of what the weather might be like):

This is the relevant part of the UK outlook from the Met Office website:
"The weather is likely to remain unsettled throughout the Easter weekend, with a mixture of sunny spells and blustery showers expected. There is also a risk of snow falling, mainly over northern hills but possibly elsewhere at times. Some drier and brighter periods are also likely, mainly toward the end of the Easter weekend and into the start of the following week".
