Can you tell me the website name??

Here goes, it is a website, a download so you can watch British tv abroad. The icon itself is yellow and looks like a ghost with black eyes.

Hubby wants to watch football and that match is not being shown here.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I've forgotten the name of this website.
