It means that you go to the Vet as soon as you can & don't waste any time. A 9 week old kitten is too small to be able to afford to lose even a tiny bit of blood It could be a particularly heavy infestation of worms...but please get the kitten to the Vet.

do what you would do if it happened to you, the poor kitten is probably suffering, get her the help she needs asap.
