Rip Off Britain

Still people / Pensioners get ripped off, hounded by the people, Cold callers, silent phone calls, PPI & all that crp, would this be a case for Harassment? TPS it seems can not do a lot yo stop kit

It's just beyond anything TPS can do.
I've found changing my phone number and getting a call-blocking package has helped enormously - as has leaving BT.
