Help With Word Document Please

I’m using Word 2010. I’ve touched something – I know not what – and somehow changed the screen view. The pages now look ‘squat’ and instead of a gap between each, I now have just a line. I've tried opening new Word documents but they're coming up the same, and I've tried switching the computer off - to no avail.

Help! How can I change it back?

On other versions of word, if you move the mouse pointer to the line, and double click it, it should revert to showing a gap between the pages.

.........Double-click your Microsoft Word document to open it in MicrosoftWord. Open the "Page Layout" tab by clicking it in the ribbon. Click the "Size" button in the Page Setup group in the ribbon. A drop-down menu will appear.....?

Have you inadvertently clicked on a different heading which can be found middle to right of your heading settings. Try clicking on them seeing if any make a difference.
