has anyone else tried to get any help or answers from humax
ive sent 4 e-mails never got one reply, tech support on line not available, tried to call them (an 0844) number but was held on far too long
if the product wasn't excellent as it is (hdr fox t2) i would be really pi**ed off
they boast always close to our customers in an ad! well,forget that!
humax support is none existent at the moment

I'm really surprised at your complaint,I emailed Humax & received a reply within 2 days asking for model No & another reply giving satisfactory result.

well your lucky maybe you can update me on the tv portal button via Ethernet port to be able to access iplayer and other progs
i found nothing in any forums about this being on or when (if ) it going to be initiated
my hdr fox t2 was updated when i got t two weeks ago,all i want bit answer to say its not operative as yet or its working but mine isn't so some things wrong?
there nothing in faqs on there web site and nothing in the manual supplied

There are lots of data provider who can help but they dont have the real information , to get online suport and data can contact the person who has good database also have the real info to give. To get the support can visit and contact after only visiting the site and contacting tothe person for solution in cheaper way and that is Tech Support Data Provider.
