Do you agree with me that the Blond chef should use utensils and not touch all the food she's cooking / plating. Delia doesn't do that !

Err...they *all* touch the food with bare hands.
I'd say using hands is quicker and more efficient than utensils...also easier for some of the delicate placement of food that these chefs do.
I'm not saying it's right,mind you. And don't suggest gloves...impossible to work wearing them.

Actually they don't Pasta. At least as not as much as this chef does. Last night the chef was using chopsticks to decorate the dishes. This one is touching every thing. I wonder if she washes her hands in between.

as long as they are clean - how about this guy with the shakes......shame we don't have an 'effects' button on AB for vibrato or whatever for the text.

I prefer hands. Utensils and gloves hold far more germs.

I agree with pasta...most chefs do use hands. And, of course, Delia isn't a chef!

It always bugs me when chefs, cooks, bakers etc. don't have their hair tied back and wear nail varnish! They were the first things we were told when doing domestic science at school.

I think my hair is thinning where I've clipped it back all these years...grrr!!!
