I've not got one (and I doubt that many others will have either) but, if you tell us precisely what your problem is, someone here might be able to answer it anyway.
Ok, Chris. When I make a call (Trying to activate the Top -Up voucher) it connects and the voice tells me to press 1. The screen then changes to lock icon and an end call icon. It says, 'Swipe lock to show call functions'
I keep swiping the lock icon and nothing happens. The swipe doesn't seem to work. If I swipe the end call icon, that doesn't work either. I have to switch the phone off to stop the call.
Perhaps you've got the screen lock set to 'Pattern'?
Open 'Settings'. (Instructions at the top of p63 in the manual). Then go to Device > Lock Screen > Select Screen Lock to see which type of lock you've got set. (p66).
(If you've not got the manual handy, or the page numbers you're looking at aren't the same as the ones that I'm looking at, you can download the manual from here http://www.lg.com/uk/support/software-manuals by entering the model number as 'H220').
I have sorted my phone out now. Apparently, I was using the wrong press and swipe technique. The lad in the shop was very patient with me as I struggled to perfect the move.
