I hate to tell you this, but this question has been gone over a few times on here (do a search) but if you actually have excess skin, no amount of excercise will change it. I'm afraid it's the downside. Have a chat to your GP, or look into getting it removed privately, but you can't excercise it away I'm afraid. That doesn't mean it wasn't worth it, and ultimately your life is much better in every way that you managed to lose the weight. One thing you'll learn (and I speak through experience) is that all problems are not suddenly solved just because you're slim. Everyone who's overweight thinks they will be, but they're not. Work on loving who you are, because ulitmately that's what will bring you happiness. But if it's a huge worry, you need to look at cosmetic surgery. good luck, and well done again! X
