lol, haven't you got up here yet? The line already stretches to Aberdeen.
How wonderful for them - if it were me there's no way I'd opt for the publicity though.
quite so, Prudie, there are some ABers I don't want knocking on my door. So I've kept my mouth shut about winning the other half of the prize.
They seem lovely and already planning how to help others - well done to them!!
I almost feel sorry for them in a way. They'll have loads of distant relatives and old friends coming from nowhere, and be expected to sort out everyone's financial woes.
I would definitely opt for no publicity. Not that I do the Lottery anyway.
Prudie, the winners don't have a choice regarding the initial publicity created by the Lottery Corporation: it's part off the "fine print" concerning winning.
Obviously, they have a choice regarding secondary publicity such as newspaper or radio/TV interviews.

Well, jno I guess it's different over there. We don't have that option here; if we did, I'd certainly forgo the publicity if I won. Thanks.

Oops, Snap!!, you weren't there when I C & P'd jno

It doesn't matter whether you opt for privacy or not .

With that size of winnings , the press would certainly be on the case and someone eventually would definitely ' grass u up '

How lovely to win all that money and to be able to help out all your favourite charities.
I love it when they say "it won't change me".

If I win big, it'll certainly change me!
