They would have bought their fuel some time ago (fuel hedging) so won't be using cheaper fuel yet. If the price stays low when they enter their next fuel deal then they might pass on the benefits

One of them will reduce prices if they think that it will increase sales, and the rest will follow.

My daughter has just booked a return flight from Ireland to England for 30 Euros. I can't see how much lower some airlines can go.
