I wonder that they didnt see that someone ( perhaps a passenger ) would notice and that the er ship wouldnt leave harbour until they had been ejected.

but I understand "immigrants storm ship" is better than
"immigrants fail to board ship"

but the purpose of newspapers is to sell newspapers and the first headline tend to sell more

they did get on the ship, see picture in the link and accompanying text and videos.

Video shows a long column of people running across the port in the direction of the Spirit of Britain. Water cannon were fired to try to get the migrants off the boat.

webbo; Yes they got on[i a ship, but all doors and hatches were closed and they didn't get [i]into] a ship and were ejected, that is the story, end of.
I seem to be watching bits of film I've seen over and over, of fences being broken down and people being rescued at sea taken last summer, - anything for a story.
