No, I don't think they have but they did cover his song - The Times They Are A-Changin'.
They have supported U2, Rod Stewart, The Rolling Stones and Genesis over the years. Can't find any ref to Bob Dylan.

Thank you Fanriffic. Off to see them 16 Feb and new CD on Friday, pity it's their farewell tour. Wonder if Donnie will make a few guest Spots.
