Freezer Drawer Freezer
4 Answers
Good morning.
The runner for one of the drawers in our freezer has worn through and is causing said drawer to jam, especially when fully loaded.
It's a plastic drawer that should slide on a small formed 'shelf' on the freezer side but over time the surface has worn through so that now the drawer is trying to slide on the insulation itself.
Suggestions (other than buy a new fridge/freezer) for some way of restoring the smooth glide of yesteryear would be greatly appreciated.
Ta very much.

If you think it's worth more effort it sounds like you need some plastic like non-poisonous filler you could put on the worn through runner, and smooth off, and maybe gease. Could try Googling to see what's out there.
