of under-age sex, but had admitted he had.

Even though she was only16 and agreed for £60, what the hell was he doing with her in the first place, considering he was Cameron's adviser?

So the courts are wrong and Abers on here are right?

Yep. Second time this week, after this one:

In total he paid £360 for this encounter. It is time the 'sugar babies' were vetted before registering on this sort of site to verify their age. It must be possible.

I'm curious about how this came to light. Did the girls complain to the police after the event?
I don't think many ABers have said that, ymb. Some have said he is lucky. Others think there's something unpleasant about spanking a 13-year-old even if he thought she was older.
He didn't just spank her, he had sex with her whilst her 15 year old friend watched. On first reading about this case I was astonished that this man had been found not guilty, but it is obvious that there was plenty of evidence that this child was passing herself of as much older, and convincingly so.

It is very disturbing that a 13 year old girl registered herself on that site, encouraged a much older man's fantasy of domination, live streamed sexually explicit video of herself to at least one other man and was knowledgable enough about sex to discuss it at length online with men. It takes it a different level that she traveled all that way to meet a stranger in a hotel room for sex. I hope she is now being properly cared for.

Some good views from you all, and I don't understand at 13 why she wasn't missed by her so called parents etc.

Also there seemed to be no checking at the hotel from the security when the young girls arrived looking for his room, or did he walk in with them?

Either way, it must have looked suspicious.
yeah I didnt think that

"I fought she was a 57 y o granny yeah" was a defence that got up and run but it is apparently if it is reasonable

and the girl held herself out to be older

and where were the parents ? well they held off for a few years and then phoned up the newspapers hoping for a landslide of compensation

a bit like Jacko and evan chandler
Peter, I have no idea of what you by that post. This happened 13 months ago and the police were aware of it 3 days after it happened. Doug Richard admitted the offences took place straight away and we don't know if the girls' parents reported it or not. We don't know that the girls had parents.

Just read, It says the Mother of the girl was in court, and disgusted with the verdict!
Thanks, trt. I wonder if the social services were involved in any way with these families?
The mother was disgusted with the verdict eh?

Well if perhaps she was a better mother then maybe it would not have happened. She should take some responsibility, but no, of course always someone elses fault. Probably got an eye on compo too.
I expect this verdict will be reviewed.
