Does anyone know of a good agency to get me temping work in London?

Admin/secretarial stuff mainly.

Does anyone on here currently temp? Do you have any advice?

Im moving from Oxford to London in July.

Adecco is quite good for all admin jobs

For really senior secretaries/PAs then try someone like the Angela Mortimer agency, based in the City I think.

There are many agencies and you are quite right to seek personal recommendations

There are looooooooooads of agencies. Best to find one in the area you're going to live so you can pop in whenever you need to...try www.yell.com as a start.

If you use a temp agency with more than one office - like Office Angels - then you should register or enquire at each one. You should also send them your CV or arrange interviews before you move down, because job placements are not immediate. Good luck!
