Herr Cameron's Scaremongering Exposed ?

So the French seem to think the agreement at Calais will stand after a Brexit and why shouldn't it as it is not an EU agreement?
Cameron seems to be adopting the same scare campaign he adopted to scare the Scottish into staying, but will he get away with it this time?
There is of course more at stake for him this time - his nice cushy number with his big snout in the trough next to the Kinnocks.

Click here, Jackdaw http:// acronym s.thefr eedicti onary.c om/LTC for several dozen possibilities. I quite like Leader's Training Corse, given that Cameron obviously needs to go on one. It'll probably be some sort of Cockneyism, though why any of us would need to know what Londoners born within the sound of Bow Bells think about anything mystifies me!
I am ashamed to admit that I voted for it. BUT, I honestly didn't know the whole of what I was voting for. The 'Ode to Joy' was pervasive and I genuinely thought that it was some sort of superior trade deal which would make a future European war impossible. Almost immediately afterwards I discovered that it meant ditching our family countries (and I mean family) and began to regret my vote. No-one told me about casting-off Australia and N.Z. and how it would affect them.
I now bitterly regret casting my vote for a European Union and will do all I can to get us out of the tentacles of the EU.

Mirabile dictu, Bazwillrun, I totally agree with you!
The last time I offered on AnswerBank a comparison between Cockney...ie people born within the SOUND of Bow Bells...slang and British speech from elsewhere, I suggested that we might as well keep referring to the words of people born within SIGHT of the Forth Rail Bridge or those spoken by people born within SMELLING distance of Brixton fish-market!
I have to say, Youngmafbog, that the notion of Cockneys being a ‘race’ had never occurred to me. Presumably, a baby from an ethnic minority background – Syrian, say – born within the sound of Bow Bells is just as much a Cockney as one with English parents and, if not, why not?
