Does anyone know if there is an e-mail address for tripadvisor please?

Not if they've got any sense there won't be!

Large organisations (particularly ones that get many millions of visitors to their websites every day) never publish email addresses to the general public. To do so would be to invite attacks upon their systems via multiple emails. So you'll need to look for a web form to use as a means of contact. To do so you'll need to sign in first and then go via the 'Contact Us' link at the top of this page:

However there are plenty of things that you can do on TripAdvisor (such as notifying them that a place has permanently closed down) simply by looking for the relevant links after you've logged in.

I keep receiving e-mails from tripadvisor telling me that l am the best or second best reviewer in Hemel Hempstead. I live almost 100 miles from there and do not know why they think l live there. They have my location on my profile. I know that this is trivial but it is annoying. None of the drop-down question suggestions are relevant.

yeah I get the same emails as you but I use the site and contribute reviews...

So do l. Have have been reviewing for years and reading other reviews before planning holidays or visiting places of interest or restaurants. Does tripadvisor think that you also come from Hemel Hempstead, Peter Pedant?

um no they think I live where I do ( manchester land of the free etc )

but I still think that someone has taken over your email address
which is why you are getting the feedback

I think it's gone a bit mad - I've just had an email and it thinks I live in Swindon (it's never done that before).
