Of course they are. For some strange reason they receive £millions from the taxpayer. Not to mention £800,000 from the EU.
Whilst that explains their constant advocacy for the EU, (including, joining the Euro) it doesn't explain why they've become the 'poster boys' of the left wing. (certainly, the AB left wing who constantly quote them)
