6 TBSP OF PASSATA
2 X CHICKEN BREASTS
ONIONS, MUSHROOMS AND PEPPERS
1X TBSP OF WORCESTER SAUCE
I ALSO ADDED SOME HERBS AND SPICES (YOUR OWN PERSONAL TASTE)
COOK ONION, GARLIC AND PEPPERS FOR A COUPLE OF MINS IN FRY LIGHT, THEN ADD THE MUSHROOMS, THINLY SLICE THE CHICKEN BREAST AND FRY UNTIL GOLDEN. MIX THE PASSATA
WORCESTER SAUCE AND CAN OF DIET COKE IN A JUG AND ADD TO THE CHICKEN AND VEG MIX AND REDUCE DOWN TILL ITS LIKE A STICKY SAUCE. TASTED LIKE A BBQ SAUCE AND SERVE WITH BOILED RICE. YUM (",)

Chicken pasta and bloody mary sauce?
100ml/3½fl oz olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
50ml/2oz vodka
45g/1½ oz tomato purée
2 x 400g/14oz tinned chopped tomatoes, drained
100ml/3½fl oz chicken stock
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp horseradish cream
100ml/3½fl oz olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped

50ml/2oz vodka
45g/1½ oz tomato purée

100ml/3½fl oz chicken stock

1 tbsp horseradish cream
chicken pieces in a pan with a little bit of water, simmer til chicken is cooked, take chicken out out and keep it warm. Add cream or creme fraiche to pan and stir (3/4 good tablespoons .. it should be creamy).Add whole grain mustard to taste... a desert spoon does it for us. return chicken to pan and heat up,. serve with whatever you like ..potatoes and green beans or some rice. No measurements just to your taste.
