Doctors On 'first Date', Should They....

Firstly I was surprised they would go on the programme, knowing they would be seen by their patients.
I know they are entitled to an ordinary life like everybody else, but IMO I don't think its very professional.
Secondly, I thought the male doctor was either very rude, or needs to see a doctor for himself, for his obvious lack of confidence.

I for one am delighted when I see people who have to help me behaving like a normal person. I had the same said about teachers...sort of 'what a poor example having alcohol in a pub' attitude...... and what defines a professional? Generally the job that they do... so all professional people should avoid having a social life or just those that deal with the public? Oh dear. But I wonder if the male was more worried about his exam the next day.
trt @ 13;32, "Well Ken, i think you should watch it before you make comments."
I didn't say i have never read anything about this programme, trt. I do understand the basis of it and unless the doctor was doing anything which might undermine his patients confidence in him - and i will assume that he didn't otherwise you would have said - then i stand by my earlier post.
