as I am now getting AD (audio description) on some programmes I am watching, I did not have this before. Any ideas how to switch it off ?

What make of TV is it ?.

Press Services on remote. Audio Description plus other items will show. Use arrow button to switch AD off.

I did the same Tamaris but on your remote control "look carefully" - you will see AD - press it and switch it off.
