Best Breakdown Cover Please

I have been with First call GB for several years now but luckily not needed them. My car is now 10years old so may start needing them.The breakdown cover is now due but reading the reviews for First call I find they are horrific, couldn't believe them. I just need cover for uk so has anyone any suggestions please?

Oh right, Prudie, I did think that originally as I got the house Ins.like that, but all their talk about 'join us; etc was getting me muddled up, glad I asked anyway - thank you very much rosy :0)

Just thought I'd give an update. I went with the AA, got roadside and recovery, usually £110 and got it for £45.68, I think it was because we already had home insurance with them, but they would have done a deal because I was a new customer anyway. Thank you everyone for all the help and suggestions I have been given, love to you all X rosy
