So why are there accusations of whitewash etc when fans want James Bond to stay Caucasian?
Idris Elba is a fantastic actor but when I hear he's being pushed to the front as a possible 007 I do get a bit miffed.

I'd go further...I think this Idris Elba as Bond thing is being kept alive by certain media outlets as clickbait.
