Was The British Empire Good Or Bad?

Just been watching The Big Question on BBC1, today it was about The British Empire.

Judging by the ethnics in the audience it was bad, yet it is queer that although they kicked the big, bad, British out of their country, they have now chosen to live amongst here.

Yes they kicked us out without a mention of the word Racist, yet if we were to do likewise and now kick them out of our country, then that would be Racist.

Interesting to note that typically for the BBC, the ethnics got the highest number of persons slagging off the British, with only about two whites defending us.

To be fair naomi it must be horrible to be seriously ill which must induce mood swings, would you also take matters to heart if the illness caused mental problems?

Many is the time that certain persons with mental problems have been very rude to me, even on some occasions I have been spat at in the street by persons with an obvious mental problem, but one just has to say, "there but for the grace of God go I".

I hasten to add that I am not of course saying that PP has a mental problem, but now knowing that he is seriously ill, I will in future be prepared to cut him a little slack, after all it doesn't cost anything.
