Well you say that, and I know they tell fibs, but at the last election, the Conservatives and Labour were vying with each other for the 'tough on immigration party' status.

None of the big parties are going to do anything that they think will alienate a significant percentage of their supporters.

Your best hope is really with UKIP, or failing that - the BNP.
