Why do the Emmerdale script writers insult our intelligence with these ridiculous story lines which seem to revolve around the "acne kid" and the rest of the dysfunctional Dingle family.
The Dingle's found out that Belle was seeing a married man.Cain overheard a conversation in the woolpack involving Rakesh put 2 and 2 together and made 83 he then followed him as he believed he was the culprit and clubbed him over the head as he was about to get into his car to drive off to a meeting.Later he was seen tied up in a barn.
I stopped watching a few weeks ago, grumpy. If more people did the same, perhaps they'd give us some more realistic story lines. A vain hope, maybe, but worth a try and you can always console yourself in the certain knowledge that you won't be missing much.
That was so Cain could find out about Kirin killing Tess I think.
It has got ridiculous, it's on too often and that dilutes the storylines. It's still better watching than EE or Corrie right now though!
As i said, i haven't watched for weeks but i do read the synopsis in my weekly tv mag and grumpy is right, chelle. He has jumped to the wrong conclusion as regards Belle's affair with a married man. I don't think Cain would be remotely interested in who killed Tess - aside from a blackmail point of view, maybe. Oops, have i given the scriptwriters another stupid idea?!
Ken - I know the reason Cain took Rakesh, but while he was there, and blindfolded, he thought Cain was Tess's husband and blurted out all about it.
This must be for a reason, I assume that Cain will use the info somehow.
That's what I meant about how Cain dealt with Rakesh.
