What is causing you problems ?

Changing handsets usually involves taking the SIM card from your original handset and inserting it into the new one.

If you have a google account, you can back up your entire phone to the cloud and restore it onto your new phone.
Alternatively Samsung have an app that can backup your Xperia and restore it to your new Samsung.
