I worked for an organisation who made such a big deal out of their Equality & Diversity Policy which was written by the only Muslim employee I was aware of out of many hundreds.

I was investigating a young Muslim family who were being targeted by unknown youths in the area. I followed the separate policy and procedures I was strictly working under and was doing a decent job. Never at any other time did I receive a phone call from the E&D policy about the handling of any case who tried to grill me about my investigation under another policy 'Generic Harassment' which included race, LBGT, etc!!

I soon gave her short shrift!
