Hi all
Just a quick question - a family member in Lincoln is "not very savvy" with her laptop and often phones me for advice. I believe I have heard that there is software available that would enable me to access her laptop from my PC to assist her with her "problems" - is this possible does any body know ??
Many thanks

We use LogMeIn, for our registered clients, and LogMeIn Rescue for ad hoc support. They work out quite expensive.
But for personal clients, I use ZoHo assist which is similar and offers a free version that has similar security to LogMeIn - i.e. they have to give explicit permission for each separate support session.
