So there it is folks. It's been spiralling out of control since it started and has continually been ignored by the Government, despite promises to the contrary.
Lots of boards, government bodies and international experts have made their predictions and projected figures about the Brexit, what do the Remainiacs have to counter this estimation?

I like the advantages the EU offers in terms of trade and travel.
But the EU as it is currently set up is not really serving most of its members. The PIGS and other small nations are badly served by it. The real power is too centralised between France and Germany. It needs to devolve away from the centre but it won't.

So the EU is deeply flawed, but it is the best we have. So I could quite easily vote out.
On the other hand, I do not see much talent in Westminster to replace its functions, and I do not trust the present Government not to dismantle lots of good work to favour their wealthy friends.

Sooo if these people who "will work for less" are not here our young people ( especially the able and striving) will have worthwhile careers without having to swap places with migrants, and move countries that are prepared to reward them. But hang on........that is counter to the leftie politics of envy that has dominated in Britain for decades. Laughable. Why do you keep posting these few desperate, plaintive words?

The imported doctors are not replacing our young doctors they are supplementing them. The foreign doctors are here because there is a shortage, not to undercut a British doctor.
If we bar foreign doctors many people will get worse treatment or even die.
Yes we should make the medical profession a more desirable career path for young people, but you cannot force them to become doctors. And a shortage has to be addressed now, not in 7 years time.

We do not need foreign doctors, IT professionals, engineers, from abroad. What we need to do is train the population we have to fill the roles; and in some cases give the profession the respect it deserves.
We do not need low paid workers to do crap jobs, what we need to do is offer an attractive market package of reward so there are those willing to take the jobs on instead of expecting someone to do them for us on the cheap. And we also need to clamp down on career welfare drawers.
Naturally having failed to do the right thing in the past the transition will take some time, but it is precisely that softly softly approach which ensures none of the fantasy doomsday scenarios occur. We keep the folk already here employed in place and simply don't suck in any more resource from outside countries as we gradually become self sufficient.
All it needs is the political will to force the right thing.

Of course we should employ English people to work in the fields, but no one wants to do it. There is a shortage of British workers prepared to do this job, so Agricultural workers from eastern Europe keep the cost of food down for the consumer. Are you prepared to pay a lot more?
There is a shortage of professional workers. The Government have a recruitment target for training British doctors, which they have missed for the last 6 years. If we don't train enough of our own doctors, are we supposed to do without?
Offering a solution to skill shortages which will take several years with no guarantee at the end of it of success is not very helpful to a sick person who needs a doctor now.

I am always in favour of paying a fair rate as otherwise we are trying to abuse others for our own benefit. That would be immoral.
You do not need to do without, shamefully we have immigrants in certain jobs already; no one suggests throwing them out of the country and leaving their positions vacant. We simply have to train sufficient to cover natural attrition, and more if we feel we need more.
