I'd go back to the temple of Vesta in ancient Rome, become the chief Vestal, and thus become the most powerful woman of the age. A seriously cushy job, hugely well paid, with life in the lap of luxury. And you could always marry when you retired, if you liked. And if you wanted power, it was a lot less dangerous than being an emperor - far too often they got assassinated.
