Why The Brexit Delay.?
10 Answers
The Prime Minister told Parliament in February that “if the British people vote to leave there is only one way to bring that about—namely to trigger Article 50 of the treaties and begin the process of exit—and the British people would rightly expect that to start straight away.”
Mr Cameron is once again going back on his words and is endeavouring to delay the matter until a new Prime Minister has been appointed; possible next October. Also Mr Boris Johnson appears to be in no hurry to have matters progressed.
Article 50 of the treaty could and should be triggered immediately.
Politicians, I mistrust all of them.

It is being said that he is after an exit deal with the EU before triggering Article 50. Then having a further referendum to confirm the wishes of the UK to leave the EU or to remain under new terms he has agreed.
The sooner he is out of UK Politics the better.

If it's been a 40 year wait for us to get out out of Europe and it'll take at least 2 years more then 3 months is not a great deal of time in the scheme of things. There have been suggestions by one prominent Brexiter that we may have to wait until a 31st December (31/12/18) before we leave so a 3 month delay shouldn't change the end-date
It is my understanding that...The Treaty on European Union provides for a Member State to leave the EU, either on the basis of a negotiated withdrawal agreement or without one.
So I say...."Trigger article 50 and stipulate that the UK is leaving the EU immediately, without further discussions; unless with individual Countries, and see what reaction there is from the EU".
It's a lot of nonsense to go through a two year period before we are shot of what is possible a corrupt organisation being ruled from Germany.
