First, catch your Garic. They're pesky critters who live in the woods.....oh you mean garlic!
I once bought some oak smoked garlic at a farmers market and have been a fan ever since. Unless you have your own smokehouse, I don't think it's possible to do it yourself.
Watch someone post an answer now and prove me wrong!
