Into the Labour leadership challenge as he did for Remain, he is a dead duck waiting to be stuffed.

If he puts more effort and umpf into it we will know he campaigned for something he didn't believe in. Not a good way to be a leader.

It comes as no surprise that the real backers of Corbyn are the bully -boy unions who Corbyn is constantly sucking up to and is surrounded by.
I recall his speech on the top of, appropriately, a salvage vehicle in Parliament Sq a couple of weeks ago. He was surrounded by his henchmen/Thug-like FBU friends.

Corbyn doesn't have to put any effort his leadership because no one will challenge him. They know they will lose in a poll of members.
Now if Labour MPs in Wales and the North put as much effort into campaigning for Remain as they have in their futile attempt to oust their democratically elected leader...

I would be interested to hear from other labour supports how they think this will pan out. The way I see it is with his momentous following Corbyn cannot be defeated in the party - so come 2020 labour will be throughly defeated at the Polls - I honestly think should a snap election be called tomorrow the leaderless Tories would still win

angela eagle 's local party cttee has threatened to deselect her if she stands - and that made her sit up and think !

See was going to stand last week, but chickened out. Will she hold her bottle until Monday? Her local party is very pro Corbyn so she is risking a lot if she does.
Good news for Corbyn. The quicker this goes to a vote, the quicker he can rid himself of disloyal MPs.
