Can't Catch My Breath ☹️
11 Answers
Hello everyone,
I would jus like to know if anyone else is suffering from the same as me. I can't seem to catch my breath, also trying to get a deep breath or yawn I can't do it and then I get anxious and it makes it worse! I suffer from low blood pressure 100/60. But I always have. I am a little anxious at the moment as I am going on holidays to England to see my sisters but my husband can't come with me and our daughter and I am a very nervous flyer. I have lexatan tablets and I have taken a couple but I jus keep panicking and thinking this is something serious even though I have had it before but I can seem to reason with myself!

I have suffered similarly - my GP said to relax - if I passed out then body would take over and I'd breathe naturally. I now suffer from asthma and have re-discovered how anxiety about breathing can hinder it.
Relaxing is so hard, but, honestly, sitting down, thinking about keeping your shoulders down and breathing into your stomach works. I'm yawning deeply now, just talking about it. It is all to do with mind control - control those shoulders! Good luck! :)
