Sorry for the confusion Captain, the remaining four answers must have landed while I was composing my post and I did not see them until I had submitted!

mra1 sorry for re-setting your questions but they are terribly hard to read when they run into each other.

All you have to do is press the 'return key' when you get to the end of one question and the the next one starts on a new line - much easier on the eye.

I have tried doing that and while I am doing it it works beautifully however the moment I submit it it turns into a block - dont know why - I know where you are all coming from - I just wish I could oblige - I really am not being difficult - just frustrated - have even tried doing 2 carriage returns - all to no avail

I have absolutely no idea why - it did it before I got this pc system from my nephew when he upgraded and I got Windows 10 so I cannot blame Microsoft! It would be so much easier for me to read too.
